Engel & Völkers Americas, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Contract Administrator to join our growing legal team located in New York City. This position provides a great opportunity to support all relevant legal aspects needed for the franchise lifecycle contract management, compliance, and litigation. The ideal candidate has a “can do'' attitude and vivid interest in collaborating on a variety of legal matters in a service and growth focused company. This role offers flexibility to work onsite, in a hybrid arrangement, or fully remote.

Compensation Range:$100,000 - $135,000. Offers will be determined on a fair and equitable basis, considering each candidate’s job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with preparing, reviewing, and management of franchise agreements, renewals, and amendments.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, including organization, tracking, and timely execution of franchise and business contracts.
- Assist with state and federal franchise registrations and renewals, including Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs).
- Support monitoring franchisee compliance matters and draft related notices (default, termination, and other compliance communications).
- Partner cross-functionally to address contract-related questions and resolve issues efficiently.
- Track key deadlines and ensure proactive follow-up.
- Help refine and strengthen contract management policies, procedures, and systems.
- Organize and maintain a comprehensive contract management system.
- Prepare summaries and internal memoranda as requested by the legal team.
- Support franchise disputes, mediation, or litigation matters in collaboration with the legal team.
- Assist with corporate filings, resolutions, and governance documentation.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the legal team, including scheduling and coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certification preferred.
- 7+ years of relevant experience, ideally with exposure to franchise law.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytically strong
- Business savvy and confident under pressure.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, “make it happen” culture
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing tasks and demands, proactively seek supervisory guidance when appropriate, and consistently maintain high quality standards without compromising attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
- Experience with LinkSquares CLM is preferred, but not required.
